Senior Program/Project Administration Manager

The candidate shall provide cyber project management support for facility related control systems (FRCS) and other information technology projects.   The candidate must be proficient with Microsoft Project, be e xperienced with managing IT projects and familiar with the Risk Management Framework (RMF) process and control systems/operational technology.   Project management support will include the following:

• Developing and maintaining project plans for systems required to undergo the RMF process
• Tracking project execution
• Coordinate with HQ to develop project related metrics based on project data
• Coordinating and facilitating project meetings, creating agendas, producing minutes, tracking action items
• Developing and providing reports on project status
• Tracking POA&M execution
• Developing a “dashboard” for displaying summary status of multiple projects
• Developing standard project management templates, including, but not limited to project plans, reports, and POA&Ms
• Assisting with developing resourcing plans for IT and FRCS projects and activities
• Tracking and preparing reports on FRCS cyber hygiene efforts
• Providing training to NAVFAC FE CIO staff on project management techniques and use of any templates, guides or other documentation developed in the course of execution of this task order.   Training delivery will be accomplished through over the shoulder training and formal presentations
• Assisting with integration of RMF project timelines, events, tasks and milestones into larger project plans
• Performing project management duties as described above for other CIO projects as assigned
• Local FEC Configuration Control Board process support
