| Knowledge & Skills | Serves as the contractor's project manager, and shall be the contractor's authorized interface with the Government Contracting Officer (CO), the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), government personnel and customer agency representatives. Responsible for formulating and enforcing work standards, assigning of contractor work schedules, and the review work discrepancies. Supervise contractor personnel, and communicate policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates. Responsible for the management of the entire project and the assigned staff, ensuring appropriately skilled and trained personnel. Responsible for maintaining technical currency of staff. Responsible for coordinating all project administrative matters with the Contracting Officer's Representative. |
