| Responsibilities | • Lead cross-functional initiatives supporting the AI/ML , data science project in federal/non-federal DevSecOps infrastructure. • Good skills and knowledge of leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency • Hands-on knowledge on Agile / Scrum framework on backlog, sprint planning , execution and related ceremonies • Managing relationships and communication with all project stakeholder • Own the project documentations, communication, risk mgmt and issue logs • Act as the technical liaison and interface between Karthik Consulting and the client for technical deliverables. • Create the overall project plan, develop the timeline and schedule tasks, resource loading, • Work closely with client team, internal stakeholders, team members. • Become a trusted adviser and advocate for your customers. Someone who the customer relies on to give the right answer. |
| Knowledge & Skills | • 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience managing technical projects • Relevant work experience of public cloud technologies (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or GCP). • Experience with Agile project management and JIRA project management software strongly preferred • Experience with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) including project management methodology of Agile and Waterfall • Great degree of understanding in government security requirements, CI/CD, enterprise architecture. • Strong and confident oral and written communications • Excellent working knowledge on Project Planning tool, Jira, MS Office, Sharepoint, Confluence • Speak and present with confidence in large boardroom settings • Ability to travel to client sites on need basis |
