Agile at Enterprise Scale

Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)

Systems Integration

Karthik Consulting has helped agencies like the USSF Defensive Cyber Operations-Space (DCO-S) perform system integration testing (SIT) as they build and deploy new applications using agile guiding principles to ensure data integrity and system operation in accordance with user expectations.
Cloud-based Development
Did your agency just purchase a cloud-based platform like Splunk or ServiceNow and are looking to develop unique applications for your new platform? Trust Karthik Consulting to help you develop new, cloud-based apps to suit your needs and perform the testing and validation needed to integrate your new cloud-based applications into existing systems. KC was the prime contractor for building and maintaining the Joint Common Foundation (JCF) environment for building AI/ML capabilities for DoD- Joint Artificial Intelligence Center (JAIC). As part of this exercise, KC analyzed the roadmap and organization objective of building an environment whereby any DoD members (Navy, Army or Air Force) can get into this environment (through authorization and approvals) through a portal, pick the tools and environment they want, build / train their models, test and take the artifacts as a container or other mode of deployment to their environment.
Prototyping
Prototyping is one of the core components of the agile development process and is developed and produced to demonstrate anticipated capabilities. Karthik Consulting has designed, developed, and deployed prototype applications for our clients like at the JAIC. KC was involved in building prototypes, standards, templates for the JAIC’s chief design officer. These prototypes were used to onboard any new projects, new capabilities, new sets of organizations and its users into JAIC. KC created Terraform scripts to dynamically build and tear down the JCF environment by segments; Integrate with Key Cloak for Single Sign On (SSO); Worked in GSA AWS environment to test various Terraform scripts; Created the JCF development VPC with the required tools; Supported Robotic Process Automation (RPA) efforts by designing and developing software for JAIC.
