Duties & Responsibilities
The Management & Integration Division (AF/A2/6LI) is responsible for:
- Liaison with AF/A2/6, AF/A8, and MAJCOMs regarding Air Force Planning and Program Objective Memorandum (POM) development.
- Supporting EMS superiority force and capability development by advocating for funding in Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution processes.
- Program element monitor duties for select EMS-related program elements.
- Management of activities of the Spectrum Integration Group.
The contractor shall support liaison with AF/A2/6, AF/A8, and MAJCOMs regarding Air Force Planning and Program Objective Memorandum (POM) option development.
The contractor shall support EMS superiority portfolio analysis and reporting utilizing Program & Budget Enterprise System (PBES).
The contractor shall support developing EMS superiority planning and programming option scaling, time phasing, and prioritization recommendations.
The contractor shall support program element monitor tasks for select EMS-related program elements, including drafting and coordinating Budget Estimate Submission documents in the Integrated Budget Documentation and Execution System (IDECS).
