After graduating with a B.A. in Economics from Ethiraj College and a M.A. and M. Phil. in Economics from Madras University, Anu moved to the U.S. where she has gained over 20 years of experience in the government contracting, real estate, and financial sectors.

As one of the earliest employees of the company, she helped develop key systems, including internal financial processes, invoice management and submission, and organizational policies and procedures.

As the Director of Financial Operations, she is responsible for the oversight of financial and administrative systems including finance, accounting, payroll, and human resources in addition to maintaining best practices and controls for the company. Anu ensures efficient financial management, reporting, and visibility to key stakeholders as a member of the leadership team.
