Todd brings 30 years of extensive domestic and international leadership experience to his role focused on improving overall operational efficiency and revenue growth. His extensive background includes critical leadership positions, budgetary decision-making roles, and complex process improvement experience in areas such as: strategic planning, program management, staffing, pricing, and assessing qualified opportunities.

Prior to joining Karthik Consulting, Mr. Sodeman served as the President of a prominent defense contracting firm where he developed and executed the company’s strategic plan and advanced the company’s mission objectives while simultaneously diversifying operations. Prior to that, Mr. Sodeman served as the Corporate Director of Sales for Duron Inc. He was instrumental in creating sales and profit growth with a focus on new markets, which resulted in the company doubling in size in five years. This accomplishment strengthened the company’s balance sheet which ultimately resulted in the firm being acquired by a major international brand. In 1992, Inc. Magazine and Ernst & Young selected Mr. Sodeman as the “Entrepreneur of the Year” in the Mid-Atlantic region under the Business Growth category.

Todd has been active in community affairs, founding member of Bo’s Effort and was elected as President of the Board of Directors in 2017. Bo’s Effort is a local non-profit established to increase awareness and assemble community resources to break the stigma of mental illness.
