Karthik Consulting, LLC (KC), a Virginia-based technology service provider specializing in IT services for the U.S. federal government, is pleased to announce its acquisition by CoreStack Inc., a leading provider of AI-powered multi-cloud governance solutions.
For the past 17 years, KC has been steadfast in its mission to support the Department of Defense (DoD), the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and various civilian federal agencies. The company has delivered robust solutions in cyber, DevSecOps, and cloud transformation. This acquisition enhances KC’s capabilities by enabling the integration of CoreStack’s Cloud-Native Application Protection Platform (CNAPP) into its offerings, further strengthening its cloud transformation and security services.
KC will continue to operate as a Small Business, maintaining its mission-driven focus on delivering innovative solutions in cloud and cybersecurity, DevSecOps, and IT systems integration to its current and future government clients.
