We’re proud to announce the appointment of Jeremiah Brown to Vice President of DoD Programs at Karthik Consulting.
Jeremiah brings more than a decade of experience supporting Air Force and Space Force missions across cybersecurity, software delivery, product management, and program execution. Throughout his career, he has led complex teams, strengthened delivery across mission-critical efforts, and helped translate technical priorities into operational results.
His background includes leading the Cyber Operations Software Factory in support of Space Force defensive cyber operations, overseeing a workforce of more than 100 contractors, military personnel, and civilians, and managing a software development budget that grew to approximately $100 million. He has also led major efforts to improve cybersecurity, software quality, and operational execution across complex defense environments.
In his new role, Jeremiah will lead Karthik Consulting’s Department of Defense portfolio, with a focus on strengthening execution, supporting customer delivery, and advancing mission-focused growth across Cyber, Zero Trust, Artificial Intelligence, Cloud, Defense Operations, and Software, Data, and Systems Modernization.
We’re proud to announce the addition of Dan Gieck as Director of Space Force Programs at Karthik Consulting.
Dan brings more than a decade of experience supporting Air Force and Space Force acquisitions and operations. Throughout his career, he has led cross-functional teams, enhanced delivery across mission-critical defense initiatives, and translated technical requirements into tangible operational outcomes for the Space Force and its mission partners.
His background includes serving as a Dell Account Executive, where he elevated Dell’s reputation as a trusted defense partner, achieved record sales during his last two quarters, positioning the company on the critical MDA SHIELD IDIQ, and enhancing Space Force cyber readiness. In addition, he served 9 years in the Air Force leading an ACAT III program, and serving as the Defensive Cyber Operations Program Manager, where he spearheaded the delivery of advanced cyber capabilities to 16 Space Force mission systems, driving a 99% fully mission capable rate.
In his new role, Dan will lead KC’s Space Force portfolio, forging strategic relationships within the Space Force community and cultivating a deep understanding of how Karthik Consulting’s robust capabilities empower the warfighter. Leveraging expertise in Cyber, Zero Trust, Artificial Intelligence, Data Management, Software Modernization, Cloud solutions, and Defense Operations, Dan will ensure KC delivers innovative, mission-critical solutions tailored to the evolving needs of Space Force operations.
We’re proud to announce the appointment of Asim Malik as Vice President of Federal Civilian Programs at Karthik Consulting.
Asim brings more than 20 years of experience driving federal IT transformation, program delivery, and strategic growth across Lockheed Martin, DHS, NARA, NASA, EPA, and other Fed-Civ agencies. Throughout his career, he has built and scaled Program Management Offices, established governance frameworks, and led capture efforts that secured major federal contracts, delivering solutions across identity and access management, archival platform modernization, and agency cybersecurity posture improvements while sustaining 100% CSAT over a rolling 12-month period.
His background includes senior leadership roles as Chief Growth Officer at Sure Secure Solutions and positions at XL Associates and Lockheed Martin, where he managed IT, cybersecurity, and modernization portfolios exceeding $100 million. At Karthik Consulting, he has already built a federal opportunity pipeline of more than $100 million.
In his new role, Asim will lead KC’s Federal Civilian portfolio with a focus on advancing mission-focused growth, strengthening delivery excellence, and supporting corporate governance and compliance.
