Karthik Consulting celebrates leadership appointments, marking a key move toward driving 2025 growth

Karthik Consulting is delighted to announce the following two promotions within its senior leadership.

Todd Sodeman, previously our VP of Operations, has now stepped into the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO). With more than seven years of experience at KC, Todd has consistently demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, budgeting, and program management.

Throughout his time with KC, Todd has played a key role in shaping our operations, which have had a direct impact on the company’s growth, profitability and success.  Todd consistently provides leadership to managers and department heads, guiding them in executing operational plans and fostering a productive, collaborative work environment as well as ensuring the company’s resources, including human resources, finances, and technology, are allocated efficiently.

As COO, Todd will continue to drive operational efficiencies and ensure that all resources, operations, and capabilities are aligned with KC’s strategic plan and be responsible for and ensuring long-term sustainability.

Felix Martin, formerly the VP of Business Development and Capture, has transitioned into the role of Chief Growth Officer (CGO). Felix has been the driving force behind KC’s remarkable growth.  Over the past six years, Felix has played a critical role in identifying and securing successful contracts for KC, leading the proposal process with strategic precision and efficiency.

In his new role, Felix will create and lead the strategic plan for growth, identifying opportunities to expand revenue streams, acquire new customers, and enter new markets. His proven track record in building high-performing teams and leading market-driven digital transformation will further strengthen KC’s ability to deliver exceptional experiences for our federal agency partners, supporting KC’s ongoing evolution.

One of the key metrics for Felix in his new role will be driving revenue and profitability to ensure that growth strategies contribute to the financial health of the company. He may also explore strategic partnerships, joint ventures, or even mergers and acquisitions as ways to accelerate growth and bring in new opportunities.
