Position Summary
The ISR Readiness Program and Data Integration Lead provides senior-level mission, program, and technical integration support for the HAF/A2 – A2FF ISR Readiness Data Engineering and Dashboard Modernization Support task order. The role serves as the primary integration point across ISR readiness stakeholders, data engineering, predictive analytics, data governance, dashboard development, reporting, and process improvement activities to ensure technical outputs remain aligned with Government readiness priorities and contract requirements.
The position coordinates the development and integration of readiness data products across DRRS, DEERS, Envision, ASERT, and other Government-designated readiness sources; synchronizes technical and mission activities; maintains visibility across deliverables, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder requirements; and supports the translation of readiness requirements into coordinated technical actions and Government-ready decision-support products.
The Lead works closely with Government stakeholders, ISR Readiness SMEs, data engineers, data scientists, BI/dashboard developers, governance personnel, and KC program leadership to maintain alignment across the full readiness analytics lifecycle. The position does not establish Government readiness policy, approve Government methodologies, or make final Government readiness determinations.
This position is contingent upon contract award, with an anticipated salary range of $180k-$200k based on candidate qualifications and final contract requirements.
Work Environment

- Work may occur at Government facilities and may require authorized CONUS or OCONUS travel based on task-order requirements.

The A2FF ISR Readiness Data Engineering and Dashboard Modernization Support task order supports HAF/A2 – A2FF Readiness Branch in developing, sustaining, and modernizing ISR readiness analytics and dashboard capabilities.
The program integrates data from multiple Air Force, DoD, and Intelligence Community systems to support senior leader readiness visibility and includes modernized ETL/ELT pipelines, predictive analytics, AI/LLM documentation, dashboard releases, cross-domain deployment, data governance, stakeholder coordination, technical reporting, and process improvement.
Program Scope
Program activities include:
- Readiness data integration across DRRS, DEERS, Envision, ASERT, and other designated readiness systems.
- ETL/ELT pipeline development, sustainment, documentation, and quality control.
- Strategic ISR readiness assessment development.
- Predictive analytics, trend analysis, forecasting, and degradation assessment.
- LLM and AI/ML model documentation and simulation support.
- ISR Enterprise Dashboard modernization and UI/UX improvement.
- Data governance, lineage, data dictionaries, quality checks, and business-rule documentation.
- Cross-domain deployment supporting NIPR, SIPR, and JWICS environments.

Key Responsibilities
ISR READINESS PROGRAM INTEGRATION
- Serve as the primary contractor integration point across ISR readiness, data engineering, analytics, governance, visualization, and stakeholder-support activities.
- Translate Government readiness requirements, priorities, feedback, and technical direction into coordinated contractor actions across applicable workstreams.
- Maintain integrated visibility across readiness initiatives, technical activities, deliverables, dependencies, stakeholder requirements, and execution risks.
- Synchronize activities across KC technical personnel, ISR Readiness SMEs, Government stakeholders, MAJCOM representatives, and other mission partners.
- Ensure data engineering, predictive analytics, dashboard, governance, and reporting activities remain aligned with the broader ISR readiness mission.
- Identify cross-functional dependencies and integration issues requiring coordination, remediation, or elevation to KC program leadership or appropriate Government stakeholders.
- Support continuity between readiness mission requirements and the technical products developed under the task order.
READINESS DATA INTEGRATION AND TECHNICAL COORDINATION
- Coordinate integration of readiness data from DRRS, DEERS, Envision, ASERT, and other Government-designated data sources.
- Work with Senior Data Engineers to maintain visibility into data mappings, transformation logic, ETL/ELT pipelines, source dependencies, processing workflows, and integration constraints.
- Coordinate with Data Governance / Quality personnel to ensure data dictionaries, lineage documentation, business rules, data-quality findings, and remediation activities support reliable readiness products.
- Coordinate with Data Scientists / AI-ML Analysts to ensure predictive analytics, forecasting, degradation assessments, simulation outputs, and model documentation use appropriate documented data inputs.
- Coordinate with Data Visualization / BI Developers to align dashboard releases, readiness visualizations, analytics outputs, and Government-approved reporting requirements.
- Identify data availability, quality, lineage, interoperability, or integration constraints that may affect readiness reporting or analytic confidence and coordinate appropriate follow-up.
- Support repeatable and auditable readiness data workflows by ensuring technical dependencies and interfaces are documented and understood across the delivery team.
STRATEGIC READINESS ASSESSMENT INTEGRATION
- Coordinate development of readiness assessment products that integrate quantitative readiness data, qualitative mission inputs, stakeholder feedback, analytic findings, and Government direction.
- Work with ISR Readiness SMEs and analytics personnel to ensure readiness products appropriately reflect mission context, MET/METL considerations, MAJCOM inputs, and senior leader reporting requirements.
- Synchronize monthly trend analysis, forecasting, degradation assessment, and predictive analytic activities with broader readiness reporting cycles.
- Support integration of analytic results into GFMB, senior leader update, Congressional engagement, and other Government-directed readiness products.
- Ensure readiness assessments clearly distinguish source data, analytic results, assumptions, limitations, confidence considerations, and Government decision authority.
- Maintain awareness of emerging readiness issues, data constraints, analytic findings, and stakeholder concerns that may affect reporting or follow-on analysis.
STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT AND MISSION SYNCHRONIZATION
- Coordinate contractor support for stakeholder engagements involving HAF/A2, MAJCOMs, subordinate units, and other Air Force, DoD, and IC stakeholders.
- Develop and coordinate MAJCOM summaries, meeting readouts, analytic integration notes, decision-support materials, white papers, talking points, and briefing products.
- Capture stakeholder requirements, feedback, decisions, dependencies, and follow-up actions and ensure appropriate contractor workstreams incorporate resulting actions.
- Coordinate stakeholder input affecting readiness reporting workflows, dashboard requirements, analytics development, data integration, or MET/METL support.
- Support Government-directed MET/METL activities through development and coordination of revision summaries, alignment matrices, and recommended changes.
- Maintain traceability between stakeholder feedback and resulting updates to contractor-developed data, analytic, dashboard, governance, or reporting products.
- Support clear communication between technical personnel and mission stakeholders by translating complex technical issues into operationally relevant readiness context.
DELIVERABLE INTEGRATION AND EXECUTION MANAGEMENT
- Maintain integrated awareness of task-order deliverables, submission schedules, responsible personnel, dependencies, Government feedback, and completion status.
- Coordinate technical and mission inputs necessary to produce complete, consistent, and Government-ready deliverables.
- Conduct integration-level review of products for requirement alignment, consistency, completeness, mission relevance, cross-product dependencies, and appropriate documentation.
- Support monthly delivery of updated pipelines, dashboards, predictive analytic outputs, forecasting reports, stakeholder engagement materials, and Monthly Status Report inputs.
- Coordinate quarterly governance artifacts and process improvement recommendations and bi-monthly data-quality assessment reporting.
- Support preparation and maintenance of program schedules, status information, risks, assumptions, dependencies, and deliverable tracking.
- Identify schedule, integration, resource, data, or technical risks early and coordinate resolution actions with responsible personnel and KC program leadership.
- Provide inputs to the Project Management Plan, integrated master schedule, Monthly Status Report, and other contract management products as required.
DATA GOVERNANCE, QUALITY, AND READINESS ASSURANCE
- Integrate data-governance and quality considerations across readiness data engineering, analytics, dashboard, and reporting activities.
- Coordinate development and maintenance of data dictionaries, lineage documentation, business rules, quality checks, and associated readiness data artifacts.
- Ensure identified data-quality issues are communicated to affected technical and mission stakeholders and reflected appropriately in downstream products.
- Coordinate remediation planning and follow-up for data issues affecting readiness reporting, analytics, or visualization.
- Promote traceability from source data through transformations, analytic processing, dashboards, and Government-ready readiness products.
- Support quality reviews to verify deliverables comply with PWS requirements, Government-approved formats, documented methodologies, and applicable acceptance criteria.

- Identify opportunities to improve ISR readiness data integration, reporting, coordination, analytic workflows, and stakeholder processes.
- Coordinate development of quarterly process improvement recommendations addressing manual reporting burdens, integration inefficiencies, data-quality issues, and workflow bottlenecks.
- Support evaluations of Government-approved analytic tools and automation capabilities, including GenAI, LLM, RPA, and related technologies where directed.

Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree preferred in Data Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Operations Research, Intelligence Studies, Engineering, Program Management, or another STEM- or mission-related field.
A Master’s degree in a relevant technical, analytics, intelligence, engineering, business, or management discipline is preferred.
Equivalent senior-level Air Force, DoD, IC, ISR readiness, data integration, program integration, or mission analytics experience may substitute where appropriate.

Minimum Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance.
- 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in ISR, intelligence, readiness, data integration, mission analytics, program integration, systems integration, technical program management, or related DoD/IC mission environments.
- Experience supporting Air Force, DoD, Intelligence Community, Combatant Command, Joint Staff, or comparable headquarters-level organizations.
- Demonstrated experience integrating technical and operational activities across multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience coordinating data engineering, analytics, visualization, governance, reporting, or related technical workstreams.
- Experience translating mission or stakeholder requirements into coordinated technical actions and deliverable requirements.
- Experience with data integration concepts, ETL/ELT workflows, data mappings, transformation logic, data quality, lineage, business rules, and analytic dependencies.
- Experience supporting operational or readiness analytics, senior leader reporting, mission assessments, or decision-support products.
