Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled Programmer Engineer to design, develop, and deliver software capabilities across the full delivery pipeline — from design through automated testing to production deployment — in support of secure, mission-critical DoD systems.
This position is contingent upon contract award, with an anticipated salary range of $130k-$145k based on candidate qualifications and final contract requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver software capabilities to production using Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe)
- Code in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#, Go, or C++) and implement modern architectural patterns such as Microservices, Event-Driven, or Serverless designs
- Utilize Git-based version control workflows (e.g., GitFlow or Trunk-Based Development)
- Participate in the end-to-end delivery pipeline: design, development, automated testing, and production deployment on Kubernetes, cloud, or virtualized environments
- Apply DevSecOps principles, configuring automated security testing tools (SAST, DAST, SCA, container scanners) as CI/CD quality gates in regulated government/DoD environments
- Code, integrate, and maintain resilient software architectures for DDIL environments and afloat/ashore PaaS environments, including secure integration with Cross-Domain Solutions (CDS)
Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI
- 5+ years of software development experience using Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe), including coding in at least one language (Python, Java, C#, Go, or C++), modern architectural patterns, Git-based version control, and end-to-end delivery to production on Kubernetes, cloud, or virtualized environments
- 2+ years of experience applying DevSecOps principles, including automated security testing (SAST, DAST, SCA, container scanners) as CI/CD quality gates in a highly regulated government or DoD-mandated environment (e.g., Overmatch Software Armory (OSA), Platform One, or equivalent)
- 2+ years of experience coding, integrating, and maintaining resilient software architectures for DDIL environments and afloat/ashore PaaS environments (e.g., Navy’s ACS, USMC’s CHE, or equivalent), including secure integration with Cross-Domain Solutions (CDS)
