Breana Prater is an accomplished cybersecurity professional with over 20 years of experience working in the Department of Defense and Intelligence community. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Park University and a Master’s degree in Cybersecurity from the University of Maryland. Breana has focused her career on network security and Cyber Threat Intelligence. Her technical interests include cloud monitoring, vulnerability exploitation, user analytics, and automated solutions. Outside of work, Breana is passionate about community outreach and has spoken at many STEM events for public schools. She is a member of Women in Cyber Security and the University of Maryland Chapter of Upsilon Pi Epsilon. Breana’s extensive experience within the Intelligence Community and network operations has given her deep insight into network intelligence, intelligence analysis and production, and cyber threat vulnerabilities. Breana’s passion is helping organizations protect against cyber threats through innovative security solutions.
