Mr. Stewart joined Karthik Consulting in July 2025 after 36 years of worldwide experience serving the US Air Force (Intelligence community/IC – 21 years) and industry (large and small business – 15 years) doing Program Management, Business Development, Capture Management. He supported all of the military services (except USMC), the IC, Enterprise IT (USAF), and Joint organizations.

His operations experience includes leading software development, systems integration, requirements (headquarters and Major Command levels), senior leader advisory, global enterprise IT, research and development, cybersecurity, and intelligence missions. Ken’s business development experience includes capture and proposal management for efforts ranging from $5M up to $3.2B.

Ken has a Bachelor’s degree in Management and a Masters of Business Administration.  His past certifications include PMP, CISM, and ITIL v3.
