As the Technical Program Manager at Capital One, Sudhir managed 8+ engineering teams across 5 product lines driving major initiatives like the multi-year product strategy and engineering implementation of the Fraud Data Hub, accelerating time-to-market for product releases, and fast tracking migration of 170+ repositories to enterprise DevSecOps pipeline to meet Capital One’s 2022 Imperative.

At Karsun Solutions, Sudhir successfully delivered a $30 million portfolio of modernization projects for clients like the General Services Administration and the Federal Aviation Administration.
